By means of the current document, E&N Cherny, SA de C.V (“E&N Cherny”) according to the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (“ACT”) informs that it is responsible for the processing of their personal data, residing in Alfonso Nápoles Gándara 50, Int.402, Of. 410, Santa Fe, El Pirú, Álvaro Obregón, C.P. 01210, México, CDMX.

Compliance with applicable tax obligations or other laws in which personal data of suppliers and/or customers is required; establish legal personality and capacity, enter into various types of contracts, civil, commercial or any nature that corresponds to the relationship taken with the person from which the information is sought, verification of information, integrating a database related to E&N Cherny, conclusion of contracts, agreements or deeds and any other act that allows to carry out the purpose for which the link between the person and E&N Cherny is created.
